Duct Tape Mania and Rubber Band Mania {Review and Giveaway}

Every time I see craft books I want to review them to see all the ideas, and they are always very helpful not just for me but for the kids. They of course love to craft by now and ask me what’s next all the time.

I did not even tell the kids to pick a craft from the books, as soon as they saw them they took a look and decided what they wanted to do: The Bow and Arrow from the Rubber Band Mania book, I actually didn’t think they were going to pick that one but I followed their lead and helped them out.

The books offer a lot of creative projects, crafts, games, activities and even facts! The author, Amanda Formaro is a mother of four who has been creating crafts for kids for over 20 years, her passion for crafting resonates in her blog, CraftsbyAmanda.com, where she shares tutorials with step-by-step photos for adults and kids alike. 

You can find for example: Luminarias made out of jars painted with rubber bands, a car powered by rubber bands, a jump rope made with duct tape, a book jacket made and much much more. I really recommend it!

Cada vez que veo libros de manualidades a mi me encanta revisarlos para ver todas las ideas, y siempre son muy útiles no nada más para mi pero para hacer con los niños. A ellos les encanta y muchas veces me piden hacer manualidades.

Ni siquiera tuve que decirle a los niños que vieran los libros, ellos mismos los agarraron y decidieron lo que querían hacer: El Arco y la flecha del libro de Rubber Band Mania (Manía de ligas), la verdad yo no pensaba que fueran a elegir esa pero los complací!

Los libros tienen muchisísimas proyectos creativos, manualidades, juegos, actividades ¡y hasta hechos! La autora Amanda Formaro es una mamá con 4 hijos que ha hecho manualidades por 20 años, su pasión por hacer manualidades se refleja en su blog, CraftsbyAmanda.com, donde comparte tutoriales con fotos paso a paso para adultos y para niños también.

Pueden encontrar ejemplos como: Frascos pintados con ligas hechos luminarias, un carrito que camina con ligas, una cuerda de saltar con teipe de ductos, un forro para cuadernos y pare de contar. ¡Se los recomiendo mucho!
