Inspiration from Smucker’s

So, Smuckers sent me a nice little pack with some of their jellies and as soon as I opened it I knew what I wanted to. Do a photo-shoot with the nicest jar of them all!

I didn’t know that Smuckers had this kind of jelly and jar, it has only 4 ingredients, and it is yummy.

Anyways, I even went out to search for a white plate cause my plates are brown and I didn’t think the brown toast would look good on it. That search for a plate led me to more inspiration which I will share with you in another post, but I found a little plate and then took the pictures, it was so weird, it felt like a rush that I needed to do. At the end the final pictures I chose are the ones that don’t have the plate LOL!

It’s all good though, I’m happy with the pictures and this has shown me that inspiration can come out of anything! So be aware, you never know when, and what can make you be inspired!!

Smuckers did send me this cute little jelly pack so I can maybe try and create a recipe with them and participate in their contest that runs until November 16th. I wish I could because if I submit a recipe I can win 20.000 for a family reunion. I love to cook but it takes me some time to create a new recipe myself. Maybe one of you can try it? Smucker’s me mandó un paquetico bien chévere con unas cuantas mermeladas y apenas lo abrí supe lo que quería hacer. Hacer un photoshoot con uno de los frascos que habían allí.

No sabía que Smucker’s vendía este tipo de mermelada y este tipo de frasco, tiene sólo 4 ingredientes y es bien rica.

En fín, al día siguiente fuí en búsqueda de un platico blanco porque todos mis platos son marrones y no me parecía poner el pan marrón en un plato marrón (Esta búsqueda del plato me inspiró a más cosas que después les voy a contar en otro post). Encontré el plato y tomé las fotos, fué tan raro, sentía que era algo que tenía que hacer y hasta que no tomé la foto no me quedé tranquila, sentí como un rush, nosé como explicarlo, pero algo chévere. Y al final las fotos que escojí no tienen el plato blanco!!! Jajaja!

No importa, igual me gustan y me parece que fueron las mejores, lo que me di cuenta claramente es que la inspiración puede llegar de cualquier lado, hay que hacerle caso a las corazonadas que uno sienta y estén pendientes porque nunca se sabe adonde o que te pueda inspirar!

Pero Smuckers me mandó el paquetico de mermeladas para ver si a lo mejor contribuyo co una receta hecha con mermelada a un concurso que tienen ahorita hasta el 16 de Noviembre. Me encantaría poder hacerlo porque se puede ganar uno hasta $20.000 para una reunión familar. A mi me encanta cocinar pero me cuesta un poco de tiempo inventarme una receta yo solita para algo así. Pero a lo mejor a ustedes les gustaría intentar? Aquí pueden ver todas las reglas del concurso. Hasta le tomé una foto a la pantalla del loguito porque me encantó el diseño, quiehn sabe y me inspira a otros diseños? 😉
