Dear Mimi:
You are the heart of this family and you will always be. From now on we promise to keep this family together, to always make sure we think of everything like you always do. In other words, to do the hard work you do for us as mother and grandma of the family because you are the best and we love you so so much.
You fill our hearts with happiness and liveliness, you are the one making so many plans to get the family together, to go explore, to make sure everybody enjoys when sometimes you aren’t able to make it; but we’ll make sure to keep planning and go take adventures together all the time.
The kids are going to remember you, I’ll make sure of that, don’t you worry, I have a lot of photos that will help me and we have so many stories to tell them too.
Today I write this with some tears in my face because I’m sure you enjoy being part of us and being part of this blog and my Mother’s day post is dedicated entirely to you. We all have you in our hearts forever.

Tu eres el corazón de esta familia y siempre lo serás. Desde ya te prometo que mantendremos unida a esta familia, que siempre trataremos de pensar en todo tal cual tú lo haces. En otras palabras, haremos tu trabajo fuerte como mamá y como abuela en esta familia porque eres maravillosa y te queremos mucho mucho.
Siempre llenas nuestros corazones de alegría y felicidad, siempre estás planeando aventuras para que toda la familia disfrute aunque a veces no puedes ir, seguiremos planeando y aventurándonos.
Los niños se acordarán de tí, no te preocupes que yo me aseguraré de eso, además tengo muchas fotos que me ayudan y muchos cuentos que contarles.
