Top Blogueras Retreat!

Never in a million years when I started this blog of mine did I think it would get to meet so many wonderful people that I now consider my friends and never did I think it was going to get me to so many exciting and incredible places!

Today I am on my way to Washington DC invited to attend the 1st ever Latina Blogger Retreat organized by Latism (Latinos in Social Media) and Latina Blogers Connect. (Press release here)

We will have an impressive agenda during Monday and Tuesday with sessions about blogging, business, leadeship skills and the most exciting part for me: We will also be paired up with mentors including top executives from industries, companies and causes that match our interests.

We are also visiting the White House to talk about latino community issues in Education, Health and jobs, we might even get to meet Michelle Obama!

I can’t believe it yet, this is truly amazing and I am very thankful, if you want to follow in twitter we will be tweeting away with the hashtags #LATISM and #TopBlogueras.

Nunca me hubiera imaginado yo cuando empezé este blog que fuera a conocer a tanta gente tan chévere a las cuales muchas considero amigas y además que me fuera a llevar a tantos lugares tan increibles!

Hoy estoy en el camino a Washington DC invitada a asistir al primer evento llamado Latina Blogger Retreat, organizado por Latism (Latinos en Social Media) y Latina Bloggers Connect. (Aquí está el notificado de prensa)

Tendremos una agenda impresionante el Lunes y el Martes, la cual me tiene muy emocionada, incluye charlas acerca de blogging, de negocios, de habilidades de liderazgo y lo que más me emociona: Tendremos chance de hablar con mentores líderes ejecutivos de diferentes industrias y compañías que tengan intereses similares a cada una de nosotras. Lo pueden creer?

También hiremos a la Casa Blanca a hablar cosas pertenecientes a la comunidad latina en educación, salud y trabajo, a lo mejor y tendremos chance de conocer a Michelle Obama!
