I have been promising to share pictures of our little place for a while and today I’m finally sharing a little tiny bit!
I couldn’t contain myself cause finally my little corner office feels so good! We put up some shelves and then I was able to open some boxes and organize a little bit more. It’s not done, but it makes me so happy!
My board there is empty, I just have the card pictured on the top of this post, it’s a gift card from Target. There are so many beautiful gift card designs out there that I just grab them to be inspired. I have also some cute magnets waiting to hang inspirations or just because 🙂
The bookend (wooden face sculpture) is a piece I got in Caracas a couple of years ago, handmade, I love it so much I like to put facing the front instead of the side how it’s supposed to go!
And what about the mess up there in the shelves you ask? Well, I’m not a good stylist, I’m learning, plus I think I need other containers to contain the things better there, it’s work in progress.
Next steps:
- Buy a nice table lamp (It’s really dark in here!).
- Organize the cables, the idea is to get a tiny shelf and hang it underneath the desk to set up the power strip there. Also the cable from the printer needs to be connected and hidden!
- Buy/create and hang some art to my left.
- Get other containers to organize the shelves better.
- Get an outdoor closet to store all the other materials I still have in more boxes, this will go in the patio which is towards my front/right (where the light is coming from in the pic) .
So what do you think? Do you have a little home office or space just for you that makes you happy? Come share!
PS: Oh, and all furniture is from Ikea!
No

August 16, 2011 at 6:25 pmDari, te esta quedando espectacular!

Jill: Thanks! You personally know how tight it is here, but I feel like this little corner is mine 🙂
Yoly: LOL, thanks amiga!
Cecy: Thanks for approving, haha! It is small compared to what I had but it will work 🙂
