ENGLISH – When I saw these these 2 books pop in my email I immediately became very interested in reviewing them, they look full of ideas don’t they? I want to make pretty things like those too!
Well here we go, I’ll tell you a little bit about both of them and you will also have a chance to win them both in this post!
ESPAÑOL – Cuando yo vi estos dos libro en mi email inmediatamente me dió mucha curiosidad de tenerlos y abrirlos a ver que tal son, así que me los mandaron, es que se ven llenos de ideas chéveres no? Yo también quiero hacer cositas bonitas como esas! Así que aquí les comento un poco acerca de los libros y al final del post pueden participar en el sorteo para ganárselos los dos!
Terrariums Reimagined
While in
NYC we saw so many terrariums everywhere, I even took photos because they were very inspiring, I think they are very trendy now, and this book is great if you want to make some and it’s your first time. I love that the author explains details from the beginning like what ingredients are ans what you will need, she talks about types of vessels and the different types of terrariums.
There are Tillandsia Terrariums, desert terrariums and tropical terrariums, also there is a chapter to make special Terrariums for kids. And step-by-step instructions for making each terrarium pictured in the book. I think my favorites are the Tillandsia ones (those air plants). I want to make one soon!

Cuando estuve en Nueva York vi muchos terrarios de todo tipo, una belleza, les tomé varias fotos porque me inspiraron mucho, creo que están bastante de moda y este libro está muy chévere si te gustaría hacer uno tu misma y además es la primera vez. Me gusta mucho que la autora explica con todo detalle desde el principio cuales son los materiales que se necesitan y habla del tipo de envases y los diferentes tipos de terrarios.
Hay terrarios de Tillandsia, terrarios desérticos y terrarios tropicales. También hay un capítulo para hacer terrarios para niños. Trae instrucciones paso a paso para hacer todos los terrarios del libro. Creo que mis favoritos son los de las Tillandsia (las plantas de aire). Quiero hacer uno pronto! Cuáles crees que te gustan más a ti?
Mason Jar Crafts
I love Mason jars, but who doesn’t? And there are many possibilities to create with them; gifts, home decor, kids ideas, wedding ideas and more… This book has lots of different ideas you would never had thought of, I tell you, I’ve seen a lot in the internet but this one different ones, like a clock and a lamp? You have to see it.
My favorites in this one seem to be the ones with plants too! I don’t know what it is is but lately I’ve been drawn to plants. In this book there is also a general explanation of the type and sizes of Mason jars, I like that!
Me encantan los frascos Mason, pero a quién no verdad? Y es que hay tantas cosas que se pueden hacer con ellos; regalos, decoración para el hogar, ideas para niños, ideas para bodas y más… Este libro tiene muchas ideas diferentes que nunca se me hubieran ocurrido, les digo que he visto muchísimas en internet pero aquí podrán encontrar cosas distintas, como un reloj o una lámpara hechos con frascos Lo tiene que ver.
Mis favoritas parecen ser las que tienen matas también! Resulta que me están gustando mucho las maticas ultimamente. Este libro también tiene una explicación general al principio donde dan todos los tamaños y tipos de frascos Mason que existen, me gusta eso!
