Latism 2013

Latism came and went and I can’t believe how time flies, I tell you, I’m barely recuperating, I’ve been coming and going on trips like crazy. But it’s all good!

This year the fact that Latism was right after Top Blogueras and in New York City gave it a different spin, I felt it was at a faster pace than usual. I attended several sessions, in one of them my sister was speaking 🙂 My 2 favorites one were one about SEO with my friends Maura and Yoly, The other one was about cooking healthy, they even cooked easy meals right there in front of us and we could try!

One of the sponsors that kept me happy all day was Coffee-mate, they had lots of coffee and they had special challenge moments which I LOVED! I participated in one. I had to sit with a partner face to face on a table, at the same time that other 2 couple of partners where participating too. The Coffee-mate people gave us each a cup of coffee with Coffee-mate and our partners got a card with the flavor we were trying. I had to try the coffee and guess the flavor, my partner had to describe it to me. We did this with 3 flavors and we won! My partner in crime was my friend Betty.

Too bad I don’t have pictures doing this. I’m so bad at taking pictures in conferences. As you can see in this post I have buildings, city and one with people, que horror! I need to get better…

On the other hand, I enjoyed being out in the city and went on a Photo Walk with my friend Vanessa who run the beautiful blog De Su Mamá and loves photography too. And we are preparing another post with our pictures from the photo walk, so stay tuned!

Another sponsor was Johnson & Johnson and I was interviewed by my dearest amiga Ana Flores, I was SO nervous, in fact I didn’t want to do it! Latism llegó y se pasó y no puedo creer que rápido se fué el tiempo, yo apenas me estoy recuperando, he estado yendo y viniendo de viaje como loca, pero todo chévere!

Este año como Latism fué justo después de Top Blogueras y en Nueva York como que fué diferente, super más rápido todo creo yo. Yo fuí a varias sesiones, en una de ellas mi hermana habló acerca de contar historias a través de fotos 🙂 Otras dos que vi que me llamaron la atención fué una de SEO donde hablaron mis amigas Maura y Yoly y otra de cocinar saludable, hasta cocinaron ahí mismo! Nos explicaron y nos dieron a probar.

Uno de los patrocinadores de la conferencia que me tenía todos los días contenta fué Coffee-mate, con bastante cafecito en cualquier momento y con unos retos bien divertidos que me ENCANTÓ! Yo participé en uno: Éramos 3 parejas sentadas cada pareja una en frente de la otra, a mi me dieron un cafecito con Coffee-mate y tenía que probarlo y adivinar el sabor mientras que a mi pareja le dieron el nombre del sabor en un papelito y me decía pistas para que lo adivinara, nos dieron 3 sabores en total y nosotras ganamos! Mi pareja fué mi amiga Betty.

Que lástima que no tengo fotos de eso, es que como saben, m,e cuesta tomar fotos ahí adentro de las conferencias, puras fotos de edificios aquí en este post!

Pero les cuento que si disfruté tomando fotos más adelante porque me fuí a una caminata fotográfica con mi amiga Vanessa del blog De su Mamá, a ella también le gusta mucho la fotografía y la pasamos muy bien, ya estamos preparando un post donde les mostraremos específicamente esas fotos.
