I do, I love them lots and I’m happy that here in San Diego there seems to be so many places for picnics. Every time we are driving around a new area I see a park and then think, ooh a cool place for a picnic!
By far our best place until now is Mission Bay, it has a perfect combination of grass, beach, sand, playgrounds, bike path. What else could you ask for? Well, it’s also a great place for me to take many pictures.
The latest picnic we did we got from Whole Foods, did you know they have a great catering department? I have been discovering more about Whole Foods since we move because it is so close to us now. Right now they have Tailgate Picnics available al through the football season, the picnics are for 4 and they cost $39.99. You wont believe the amount of food you get, it’s for way more than 4 people, we tried out the Touchdown Picnic and it was delicious, it was hard for me to take the photos before starting to eat everything!
Whole Foods La Jolla has offered a picnic to one of you! The winner must be located in San Diego to be able to order the picnic with 48 hours in advance and pick it up at Whole Foods La Jolla.

Disclosure: I received a choice of one picnic from Whole Foods La Jolla. All opinions are 100% my own. This is not a sponsored post.
Entrada obligatoria:

October 25, 2011 at 6:55 pmI second the bootleg option! The food pictures are making me hungry :-). I think my husband and I would use this to explore a new part of San Diego- we just moved here several weeks ago, so we're still exploring!

October 26, 2011 at 12:27 amI love picnics, and love Whole Foods catering – yum! Where to go? In San Diego, there's so many choices. Torrey Pines is one of my faves for hiking, but Balboa Park just to relax and walk around for the day. I also enjoy Mission Trails, and… Who knows where I'd go? But hope I win! 🙂

October 27, 2011 at 5:39 pmIf I win I'd want the picnic basket with me at camp when I'm walking the 3 day next month. It would be great to share with my friends after a really long day.
