Fun at the Disney Store

Last week we had a chance to be present at the Re-Inauguration of the Disney Store at Glendale Galleria, celebrating their 25th anniversary! We had lots of fun, who knew you can have fun in a store? LOL.

Going to to the store gives you a little taste of going to Disneyland, there are lots of little places inside where the kids can have fun, it’s very entertaining.

My favorite part was the Theater, I think all stores (not only Disney) should have this! There is a table for kids to color at and the best part: the videos on the screen are chosen by anybody that selects them with the touch screen on the side, it’s awesome! I saw kids of all ages going through it.

Of course the attention to details on the design all around the store is very nice, for example the mirrors are nicely framed with trees and the top part of the store has beautiful silhouettes of Disney stories, no spot is left untouched.

Oh and little Maya walked straight into the Princess Castle and stared at the Magic Mirror, I wonder what does it feel like to be a little girl right now and see all that, I think I would have loved it too!

Me encanta siempre la atención a los detalles que tiene Disney en todas partes de la tienda, por ejemplo los espejos tienen un marco de árboles y la parte de arriba de las paredes está decorada con siluetas de cuentos de Disney bien bonitas, no hay ningún espacio que se deje sin tocar. También hay momentos es que se hace un “show” inesperado en la tienda, te llega de repente y es divertido!

Ah y la Mayita un vez que entró se fué directo al castillo de las Princesas y se puso a ver el espejo mágico, me pregunto a veces que se sentirá ser niñita ahorita y vivir todo eso, creo que a mi me hubiera encantado también!
