Nestlé gave me a little present… a bag with some of their products.
I used to design lots of Nestlé packaging while I lived in Mexico City (I worked in a design firm and Nestlé was one big client there), did you know this?
I enjoyed that soo much, it was a great experience. I felt very creative over there, so when I see some of the Nestlé products and ideas I still think of those times. back then, I spent many hours during the day looking at food products, photos and recipes; that helped sparkle my love for cooking which has been in me since I was a child…
Anyways, back to the subject… Nestlé also gave me a recipe idea for Father’s day: Chocolate and Banana Pancakes. I immediately thought of Derek, I know he loves chocolate and chocolate pancakes so me and Adrian made them, we let him sleep in and voila! Here, see the results for yourself!
I’m including the recipe, it is really delicious and very very easy to make. Adrian and me had fun making them AND eating them! I added chocolate chips in the mix and strawberries on top, REALLY GOOD!
